The original "Meeting House Green" in Hampton, New Hampshire is now a triangular-shaped park dedicated as "Meeting House Green Memorial Park on October 14 (Founders Day), 1925. It is commonly called "Founders Park" and was established to commemorate Hampton's early settlers. Forty three boulders representing the early settlers of Hampton are placed around the perimeter of the Park. James Prescott settled in Hampton in 1665; the Prescott boulder is shown in the top photo. My wife and I made a visit to my family's initial American hometown in Hampton during July 2011. Source Website: http://www.hamptonhistoricalsociety.org/foundpk.htm
